PP BLOCK BOTTOM VALVE (VALVED) BAG

Sacks known as Block Bottom Sack or Ad Star sack are generally preferred in the cement and gypsum industries. They are used quite often in export loading due to their proper stacking when placed on the pallet. Filling of sacks is facilitated by using PP Valve or PP Pocket Valve in the opening. Sacks are made resistant to the sun by using a UV stabilizer if so desired.

It is generally preferred by companies that carry out VALVED AUTOMATIC filling.

Due to its high strength and product filling form, the filling does not allow waste and tears in the loading and transportation.

Thanks to its valve, it closes the product opening after filling.

Thanks to its tiny microperforated holes, it evacuates the air formed during filling. This method speeds up filling and also prevents material from coming out.

The products are shipped with a pallet and can be produced in the desired color.

The opening part is not valved, and they are cold cut block bottom open bags.

The block base underneath allows the bags to stand straight and provides for easy stacking.

It is generally used in pulses, flour, feed, fertilizer, chemical and construction chemicals industries.
